DEPARTURE SERVICE

​Our Departure program is designed to minimize the impact of a move. The program offers closure of all accounts and services, ensuring that no unnecessary additional charges are incurred after the transferee leaves Shanghai. 2 weeks before the check-out date we will meet you at your property to do a pre-check to make sure that there will be no disputes regarding returning the security deposit on the date of departing the property. During the check-in, our consultant has made a photo report to record the pre-move conditions which will protect you during the check-out process.
